Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using acceleratebizsolutions.com (the "Site"), including its free tools, calculators, checklists, guides, and any related applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. License
Accelerate Business Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site, its tools, or its content without our written permission.
3. No professional advice
Content on this Site — including calculators, guides, and articles about job costing, bookkeeping, and accounting — is for general informational purposes only. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and using the Site does not create a client relationship. Specific advice is provided only under a signed engagement agreement.
4. Accuracy of information you provide
When you submit a form or book a call, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Results from our free tools (such as the job cost calculator) depend entirely on the numbers you enter.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, logos, videos, and tools — are owned by Accelerate Business Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Third-party services
The Services may link to or embed third-party platforms (for example, Calendly, QuickBooks, Meta, or Google). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6a. Connected accounting data and AI
If you authorize a connection to your QuickBooks Online company, you grant us permission to read financial report data through Intuit's official API solely to provide the services you engaged us for. You may revoke this access at any time from your Intuit account settings. Where you opt in to AI-assisted reporting, report data may be processed by a third-party generative AI service to draft plain-language commentary; AI output is informational only and does not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice. Our handling of this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT TOOL OUTPUTS WILL MATCH YOUR ACTUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCELERATE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
